PPI provides capacity-building programs for utilities, private and public sector organizations, academic institutions, and universities.

• Training & Capacity Building of Engineers of Electric Utilities:

1- Basic and Advanced courses in 2018-19 of Power System Analysis using PSS/E, under USAID for five batches of engineers of NTDC, DISCOs, academia, and other governmental organizations of Pakistan for two weeks each.

2- Two weeks of Basic and Three weeks of Advanced course of Power System Analysis using PSS/E for engineers of NTDC, Pakistan in January/February 2012 funded by USAID.

3- Three weeks training of in Power System Analysis using PSS/E for engineers of NTDC, Pakistan in June 2010 funded by UNDP.

4- Two weeks training in Load Flow Analysis and two weeks training in Short Circuit Analysis using PSS/E for engineers of distribution companies of Pakistan in February and May 2010 under the auspices of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO).

5- Two weeks training of in stability analysis using PSS/E for Engineers of all Distribution Companies of Pakistan in March/April 2013 under the auspices of Lahore Electric Supply Co. (LESCO).

6- Three-day training workshop on Application of PSS/E & Synergi Software(s) for T & T Loss Evaluation at DISCO’s level by PPI.
