To carry out analytical studies for electric utilities, grid operators, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Independent System Operators (ISOs) and industries, that are planning to add new facilities or seek solutions of problems in their existing systems to enhance power quantity and quality to their customers.

To prepare least cost integrated Generation, Transmission and Distribution Plans, for electric utilities, public or private, and prepare their Integrated Investment Plans, for short, medium and long-term perspective.

To perform Grid Impact Studies for new power plants of any nature; Hydel, Thermal, Solar, Wind-Farms and other renewable energy sources.

To provide services for preparation of engineering, design and specifications for new power projects.

To carry out operational studies or feasibility studies for cross-border or cross-country interconnections of electrical grids for power exchange.

To carry out technical loss reduction studies for Transmission and Distribution Companies.

To perform system studies to enhance system performance through reactive power compensation and employing latest technologies and skills.

To work for regulatory compliance and reform/update the Grid Codes, Distribution Codes and any other document/s on power policy to be implemented in power sector by the Government.

To provide training for capacity building of human resource in technical skills for power system analysis, planning and expansion of energy sources including the analytical tools e.g. PSS/E, Synergi Electric, ETAP etc.

To provide services maintaining high quality of international engineering standards and practices.
